Access & security: You will be able to collect your badge at the –2 floor. You can then proceed to:
- Day 1: Mirror room (-2 floor)
- Day 2 (morning): Mirror room (-2 floor)
- Day 2 (afternoon): Polak room (ground floor)
European Parliament: Day 3

Access & security: Please note that you need a badge to enter the European Parliament. If you do not already have one, it is mandatory to register and provide your ID details in advance. Closer to the event, a confirmation email will be shared with full entry instructions and badge collection details. Attendees must also bring the same ID they used during registration.
