How do I register for the event?

Registration can be completed online via the
registration page for both in-person and online attendance.
Can I register for just one day?
▸
Yes, you can register for day 1, day 2, day 3, or all three days. Please note that day 3 requires additional ID details for entry to the European Parliament.
Is there a registration fee?

Attendance is free for participants.
Access & Security
Do I need a badge to attend Day 1 and Day 2?
▸
Yes, a conference badge will be provided at the registration desk in location Residence Palace. Please always wear it inside the venue.
What are the requirements for entering the European Parliament on day 3?

All attendees must have a valid European Parliament badge. If you don’t already have one, you must provide your ID details during registration so a badge can be arranged. Closer to the event, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for collecting your badge. You must also bring the same ID you used for registration.

Where will the event take place?

Days 1 & 2 will take place at the Residence Palace (Wetstraat 155, 1040 Brussels). Day 3 will be hosted at the European Parliament (Rue de Trèves 1A, 1050 Brussels).

Yes, the entire meeting will be streamed online. Access is available to registered participants only. Registration can be completed online via the
